Draft — pending legal review

Terms of Service

Operated by UnyKorn LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (filing no. 2026-002019968). This page is a plain-English draft and may change after legal review.

1. Who we are

Blockchain Fraud is a service of UnyKorn LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Contact: cases@blockchainfraud.org.

2. What the service is

We provide informational analysis of public blockchain and internet data: a free automated check, an automated report, analyst-prepared trace reports, monitoring, and an API. It is not legal, financial or investment advice. We are not a law firm, a law-enforcement or government agency, or a bank.

3. No guarantee

We do not recover funds and do not guarantee recovery, accuracy or completeness. Results are informational. Automated results can be wrong in either direction; a low or inconclusive result is not a clearance.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Engagements

Paid analyst work is governed by a written scope or engagement letter that sets the fee, deliverables and delivery date. If the letter conflicts with these Terms, the letter controls.

6. Fees and payment

Fees are fixed in advance and paid through Stripe. Some work requires a deposit. Fees are never a percentage of any recovery. Applicable taxes may be added.

7. Subscriptions

Monthly services (such as Case Watch and business retainers) renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel by emailing cases@blockchainfraud.org; cancellation stops the next renewal.

8. Refunds

See our Refund Policy.

9. Reports

You may share your report with your bank, attorney, insurer and law enforcement. Please do not republish it in a way that presents its findings as accusations against named people.

10. Third-party data

We rely on third-party sources (listed on our Methodology page) that are outside our control. We make no warranty about them.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned.

12. Corrections and right of reply

Anyone who believes a published statement is wrong may write to corrections@blockchainfraud.org.

13. API

API requests are priced per request. Settled on-chain payments are final; requests that fail because of our systems may be credited. Rate limits apply. Do not rely on the API as the sole basis for compliance decisions.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, subject to any consumer rights you have where you live.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page.
