Refund Policy
Operated by UnyKorn LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (filing no. 2026-002019968). This page is a plain-English draft and may change after legal review.
- Free check and free assessment: free; there is nothing to refund.
- Automated Forensic Report ($9.95): if the report fails to generate, or is materially incomplete because of a technical fault, email us for a full refund.
- Trace Report and Full Investigation: full refund if you cancel before work starts. After work starts, refunds follow your engagement letter. If our free assessment finds nothing traceable, you are not charged for a trace. If we miss the delivery date in your engagement letter, the remedy set out in that letter applies.
- Deposits (50%): refundable in full before work begins; after that, applied to work performed as set out in your engagement letter.
- Case Watch and monthly retainers: cancel at any time by email; cancellation stops the next renewal.
- API (USDC): on-chain payments are final; requests that fail because of our systems may be credited.
- How to request: email cases@blockchainfraud.org with your receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
- Never: we will never ask you to pay a fee to receive a refund.
