- Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform.
- Do not submit illegal content or use the Service to harass others.
- Do not resell raw API access without an appropriate plan or written agreement.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Trials convert to paid subscriptions when you complete checkout. You may cancel through Stripe or by contacting support. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Affiliate program
Affiliate commissions are tracked automatically for qualifying referrals. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions for fraud, chargebacks, or Terms violations.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or that investigations will result in fund recovery or legal outcomes.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
