1. Service description

BlockchainFraud provides automated blockchain fraud analysis and forensic reporting tools. Results are generated by software and third-party data sources. The Service does not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice.

2. Accounts & API access

SaaS customers receive API keys that must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share API keys in client-side code or public repositories.

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Trials convert to paid subscriptions when you complete checkout. You may cancel through Stripe or by contacting support. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Affiliate commissions are tracked automatically for qualifying referrals. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions for fraud, chargebacks, or Terms violations.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or that investigations will result in fund recovery or legal outcomes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
