This Privacy Policy describes how BlockchainFraud.org ("we") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and API services.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, company (optional), billing status via Stripe.
- Investigation inputs: text, wallet addresses, URLs, and files you submit for analysis.
- Usage data: API call logs, rate-limit counters, IP addresses (for abuse prevention).
- Payment data: processed by Stripe; we store Stripe customer/subscription IDs, not full card numbers.
2. How we use information
- Provide investigation results and SaaS API access.
- Bill subscriptions and track affiliate commissions.
- Prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, and improve the Service.
- Respond to support requests and legal inquiries where required.
3. Third-party services
We send investigation data to third-party forensic and AI providers (e.g., blockchain explorers, AML databases, xAI Grok, Cloudflare Workers AI) as needed to generate reports. Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy.
4. Data retention
Case data and tenant records are stored in Cloudflare D1/R2 while your account is active or as needed for legal compliance. You may request deletion by contacting support.
5. Cookies & local storage
We use browser local storage for theme preferences and API key convenience on the dashboard. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
6. Security
API keys, secrets, and evidence files are protected with industry-standard practices. No system is 100% secure; report concerns to support@blockchainfraud.org.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. Contact us at the email above.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
